we haven't met with the cardiologist since we were discharged from the hospital but i talked with him on the phone. he said if we are needing to increase the amount of oxygen she needs by too much and she is stable and doesn't seem to be in distress than she is ok, and doesn't need to be brought back in. And that if it's an issue with her heart we will probably need to gradually increase the amount of oxygen she is needing (which we haven't had to do). So she is doing ok...other than this cold . That we just need to kick!I did move her appointment up to the 1st of July, it's wasn't scheduled until the 29th before that.

ReplyDeleteHey Mauri! I finally got caught up on your little Miss! I'm so sorry she has to be on oxygen. It is no fun to drag around that cord and get it stuck on everything. I hope it's just a virus too. Was she blue when she was down to 58%? That's scary! When all this started with Zeke he dropped to 70% and his whole body gave out. I'm glad she can be in the 70's range and be okay. I'm so glad she weighs 10 pounds! Zeke is 6 months and only weighs 12! Start feeding her solids the moment you can...obviously not yet. It's made so much of a difference getting real food in to make Zeke grow. I hope you all kick the colds soon soon!
